The Hangzhou West Railway Station is a flagship national high-speed railway hub, celebrated for its futuristic “Cloud City” architectural concept. Featuring a massive spatial steel roof canopy and an intricate long-span pipe truss system, the project utilized tens of thousands of metric tons of high-strength structural steel. The megastructure demonstrates top-tier engineering standards in long-span spatial grid fabrication, high-precision 3D pipe bending, complex multi-planar node welding, and 100% NDT-certified quality control for modern transportation infrastructure.Partnering in national transit infrastructure, our company manufactured custom spatial steel framing and pipe trusses for the Hangzhou West Railway Station. Aligned with the futuristic “Cloud City” architectural concept, our manufacturing division delivered heavy-duty structural steel components through precision pipe bending, multi-planar node welding, and full-process NDT quality control, meeting the strict tolerances required for mega railway hubs.
