CNC Straight-Strip Flame Cutting Machine

- Simultaneously welding the two longitudinal seams on the box girder web controls deformation, while the use of twin-wire welding significantly boosts efficiency for both fill and cap passes.

Gantry-type electroslag welding machine
- Suitable for both fill and cap welding of box-girder flange-to-web welds; one machine serves dual purposes.
- Electroslag welding is used to overcome the inability to perform four-sided welding on internal box partitions; however, this method imposes specific requirements regarding the thickness of the internal partitions and the box cover plate.
