Skid-Mounted Equipment Frames
Heavy-duty skid-mounted equipment frames and structural bases engineered for modular oil & gas packages, chemical dosing units, water treatment skids, air compressor sets, and power generators. Precision-fabricated from high-strength H-beams, structural channels, and thick-wall hollow sections to deliver exceptional structural rigidity during crane lifting, containerized transport, and winch skidding. Integrated with CNC-machined mounting pads, welded spill containment drip pans, and vibration isolation options, enabling 100% factory assembly and rapid “plug-and-play” site commissioning.

Skid-Mounted Equipment Frames
Skid-mounted equipment frames are heavy-duty structural steel bases engineered to consolidate machinery, pumps, pressure vessels, piping, and electrical controls into a fully integrated, portable modular package. Designed for extreme structural rigidity during transport and lifting, these skids allow full factory assembly, testing, and rapid “plug-and-play” field deployment.
Reinforced perimeter beam design resists frame deflection and twisting during heavy crane rigging, winch-skidding, and rough off-road transport.
CNC-milled or surface-ground mounting plates guarantee tight flatness tolerances (≤ 1mm/m) to protect rotating shafts, pumps, and motors from misalignment.
Continuously welded leak-proof steel floor plates and perimeter curbs capture chemical spillage or lube oil leaks to protect the environment.
Enables complete factory piping hookup, wiring, and pressure testing prior to shipment, cutting site commissioning time by up to 80%.

- Structural Frame Profiles: Primary longitudinal skid beams are built from heavy wide-flange H-beams, structural channels (UPN/PFC), or heavy-wall structural square tubing.
- Certified Lifting Lugs & Pad Eyes: Integrated lifting lugs are designed in accordance with ASME B30.20 and EN 12079, undergoing FEA stress analysis and 100% NDT weld inspection.
- Heavy-Duty Surface Protection: Offered with multi-coat epoxy primer and polyurethane finish (C5-M corrosion rating) or hot-dip galvanizing for harsh marine/offshore environments.
- Oil & Gas Processing Modules: Gas metering skids, manifold packages, three-phase separator skids, and fuel gas conditioning units.
- Chemical Dosing & Fluid Handling: Chemical injection packages, polymer preparation skids, and hazardous chemical transfer units.
- Industrial Water Treatment: Reverse osmosis (RO) filtration skids, demineralization units, and industrial wastewater treatment packages.
- Power & Compression Equipment: Heavy diesel/gas generator set sub-bases, industrial air compressor packages, and hydraulic power units (HPU).
- Minimal Site Construction Costs: Replaces costly, labor-intensive field concrete foundations with pre-engineered steel skids.
- Enhanced Equipment Protection: Rigid base structure isolates delicate instruments, valves, and precision pumps from external vibration and ground settling.
- Environmental Safety & Compliance: Built-in secondary containment trays prevent soil and groundwater contamination from liquid leaks.
- Lifting Rigging Angles: Ensure crane rigging angle complies with lifting lug design limits (typically 45° to 60°) to prevent bending moments on lug plates.
- Foundation Leveling & Grouting: Verify foundation anchor bolt alignment and use non-shrink epoxy grout beneath the skid frame during site installation.
- Machined Surface Protection: Keep equipment mounting pad protective grease or covers intact until equipment installation to prevent rust or impact damage.
